We understand that as an operator our customers want to be able to start their system and operate in ideal conditions run after run. That is why we paired a full-bore setup with a 14.1CFM pump that will assure the lowest vacuum depth will be pulled every time. Main components such as the distillation head, vacuum valve adapter, and cold trap are all American blown glass. Flexible Pumping / Feedthru Connection Ports The CVO-2 ovens offer two different vacuum oven connection points. The standard connection is a 3/8″ dia barb located at the rear of the oven. It is connected to the vacuum valve level on the front control panel. For even faster evaporation, purging or drying consider upgrading to the MAXEVAP connection kit. The MAXEVAP connection kit secures to the oven’s rear 1″ dia KF-25 port located on the back center of the chamber. The MAXEVAP connection never reduces flow by continuing with 1” diameter vacuum rated clear lines, a 1” dia KF-25 side mounted vacuum valve and KF-25 fittings and hardware. This KF-25 port can also be used to run temperature feedthroughs, or monitoring sensors inside the vacuum chamber during processing. Harvest Right Oil Filter Cartridges 3-Pack Details: First use: • Remove cartridge packaging, grip the top of cartridge and place into cartridge holder of Harvest Right filter. • Firmly press in cartridge until it makes a firm seal. Cartridges should be replaced after approximately 15-20 uses, or sooner, depending on the quality of the oil. Oil Filtration Directions: 1. Open the oil reservoir drain valve and allow oil to drain into your oil filter. Assure all of the oil comes out by lifting the rear of the vacuum pump slightly. 2. Wait for the oil to filter through your filtration system. 3. A small amount of water accumulates in the oil as part of each batch. When the oil is filtered, the water and oil will separate. The water will sink to the bottom of the bottle while the oil floats on top of the water. 4. Remove the water from the oil by pouring o the oil and discarding the water. Do not pour the water back into the vacuum pump. This will ultimately damage the pump. 5. Pour the filtered (or new) oil into your vacuum pump. How do I know that my filtered oil is clean for use?
