OxoneTM PS-16 Monopersulfate | Non-Chlorine Shock Oxone PS-16 Compound is used as an active ingredient in disinfectant formulations (not registered as a biocide in USA), and as an oxidizing agent in other formulations, such as pool & spa non-chlorine shock oxidizers, denture cleansers and laundry bleaches. CPS TRS21 Top Dead Center Calibration Plate & Bolts Use with the Top Dead Center Clearance (TDCC) instructions Use this plate and a depth gauge to measure the Top Dead Center Clearance of the piston/cylinder/head assembly. Shims that come with the piston cylinders are stacked to create an area of displacement between the top of the cylinder and the compressor head. BVV's Recommended depth is between 0.008" and 0.012" for the CPS TRS21 for optimum performance. Side Mount Tri-Clamp Filter Strainer Tri Clamp strainers are used for filtration of solids from fluid process flows. It is recommended that a strainer be placed before a pump when emptying a centrifuge and the like to not allow large solids to enter and damage a pump. This model has 1.5" Tri-Clamp inlet and outlet ports. Side Mount Inline Strainers Tri Clamp inline strainers mount similar to a spool or elbow with both ends clamped into a tri-clamp fitting. The side mount strainer has a unique characteristic, it can be emptied while still attached just by removing the internal basket as long as it is correctly mounted. Liquid should flow in through the side port and out through the bottom port.

By using a bottom flood on the first wash to ensure all material has seen solvent, preventing channeling through the material. Finish the run with a top flood input to ensure all residuals have been washed from the material. Oil bearing solvent is collected in the collection base under the material column. Once collected, solvent is distilled and recovered, leaving the oils in the collection base. This is a passive unit that utilizes pressure differences created by manipulating temperature to move solvent. Extractor Configuration: Explorer: Our standard bi-directional extractor model. Comes with a welded bottom base and standard LP tank. This model provides all the benefits of the Orthrus design without any bells and whistles. The Professional also comes with a removable bottom on the collection base. This makes removal of extract after the run as easy as possible.
