CPS TRS21 Top Dead Center Calibration Plate & Bolts
Use with the Top Dead Center Clearance (TDCC) instructions
Use this plate and a depth gauge to measure the Top Dead Center Clearance of the piston/cylinder/head assembly. Shims that come with the piston cylinders are stacked to create an area of displacement between the top of the cylinder and the compressor head.
BVV's Recommended depth is between 0.008" and 0.012" for the CPS TRS21 for optimum performance.
Top Dead Center Clearance Instructions
*Depth Gauge Not included, its only used for reference in the photo. Any type of simple digital depth gauge will work to check the piston displacement.
