Media Bros -CRY+ FILTER MEDIA
Media Bros -CRY+ FILTER MEDIA CRY+ is our largest granule size. With a mesh size of 16-x30, this media allows operators to run high-flow processes while maintaining a consistent quality output. DESCRIPTION: CRY+™ Filtration Media: High-Flow, High-Efficiency Filtration CRY+™ is our premium filtration media, designed with a larger granule size (16-30 mesh) to deliver unmatched flow rates without compromising the quality of your extraction. Whether you're processing high volumes or working with challenging biomass, CRY+™ ensures consistent, effective results in every run. Engineered for operators who demand speed and precision, CRY+™ is ideal for high-flow processes where residence time and color remediation are key. With a recommended solvent ratio of 6:1 to 10:1 and the ability to operate at room temperature or below -10°C without clogging, CRY+™ offers flexibility and efficiency for modern extraction setups. Key Features: Larger Granule Size (16-30 mesh): Delivers faster flow rates while maintaining purification performance. Needle Valve Recommended: Fine-tune flow rates for optimal color correction, especially when processing dark or oxidized material. Temperature Resilience: Performs optimally at sub-zero temperatures without clogging. Technical Specs: Use a 4-6” diameter CRC column for best results. Recommended operating pressure: 20-45 psi. Media ratio: 200-300g per 1 lb of biomass. Available Exclusively Through Our Dealer NetworkFind a dealer near you to purchase CRY+™: *A needle valve is recommended on the output (bottom) of the filtration column to properly fine-tune your flow rates. If you are processing dark or oxidized material, a tighter flow restriction will increase residence time, allowing for better color correction. Denatured Ethanol CDA 12A W/ Heptane 200 Proof
High Purity Heptane Denatured Ethanol - CDA 12A HAZMAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Note: Container style and color may vary) BVV's High Purity Heptane Denatured Ethanol (CDA-12A) is a blend of Regular heptane and Ethanol and is a lower cost alternative to our BVV Ultra High Purity 710 Extraction solvent. Our CDA12A formulation combines 95% Food Grade/USP/ACS 200 Proof Ethanol, derived from corn, with 5% Regular Heptane. Being that our High Purity Denatured Ethanol is made unfit for consumption when denatured with Regular Heptane it is not subject to the Federal Excise Tax on alcohol saving you up to 72% without compromising on its suitability for top-tier extractions. Primarily utilized as pure ethanol in extraction processes, this solvent is favored for its cost-effectiveness and extraction efficiency. Reduce manufacturing costs and increase extraction efficiency with BVV's Ultra High Purity Heptane Denatured Ethanol. Spigots/Faucets are only compatible with 5 Gallon Plastic Jugs and must be purchased separately Key Features: Significantly Reduced Cost due to the absence of Federal Tax Produces Exceptional Quality Extractions Leaves No Residuals or Tastes Evaporates Completely in a Rotary Evaporator BVV™ 710 Extraction Solvent Safety Data Sheet BVV™ 710 Extraction Solvent Certificate of Analysis Specifications Vapor Pressure: 40.9mmHg at 20°C UN Number 1170 Density: 0.7905g/cm³ Specific Gravity 0.7905 Flash Point: 13.9°C (57°F) Boiling Point: 78.5°C (173°F) Melting Point: -90.0°C (-130°F) Chemical Formula: Ethanol C2H6OHeptane C7H16 CAS#(s) Ethanol 64-17-5Heptane142-82-5 Chemical Formula: Ethanol C2H6OHeptane C7H16 Molecular Weight: 72.1057 CAS Registry Number: Ethanol 64-17-5Heptane142-82-5 Appearance Colorless Liquid Odor: Mint or acetone-like Density 0.7905g/cm³ Boiling Point: 78.5c/173.3F Solubility in water: Miscible GHS Pictograms: GHS Signal Word: Danger GHS Hazard Statements: H225, H319 GHS Precautionary Statements P210, P233, P240, P241, P242, P243, P261, P264, P271, P280, P303+P361+P353, P304+P340, P305+P351+P338, P312, P337+P313, P370+P378, P403+P233, P403+P235, P405, P501 UN Identification Number: 1987 Proper Shipping Name: Alcohols, N.O.S Transport Hazard Class: 3 Packing Group: I DOT Placard:

Red Wheat Berries - Mycology Grade Organic Grain
Red Wheat Berries Mycology Grade Organic Red wheat berries are an excellent choice, and mirror the performance of rye. They can be prepared using the exact same method as rye grain. Wheat cannot hold as much water, as rye. and they can break when processed. Wheat is easy to sterilize and is a good source of carbohydrates and provides good energy to the mycelium. Prior To Use: Wash grain to separate dust and debris. Product Information : This grain is sourced from the heartland of America, direct from the grain bins of the Midwest. This grain may contain weevils and lesser grain weevils. This is not uncommon for raw unwashed grain. During autoclave operations these hitchhikers will die off and are not commonly perceived as harmful in the mycology community. There Also there may be some small debris like stems and other grains that made their way in during the harvesting process.
