Column, Chromatography, 45/50 Outer Rodaviss Joint Specifications: Inside Diameter (Inch): 3 Length (Inch): 24 Outer Rodaviss Joint: 45/50 The General purpose column having a PTFE stopcock and a top Rodaviss® outer joint. Can be used as a gravity eluted column or a flash columm, when used with optional CG-1195 flow controller and CG-1194 reservoir. Column is constructed using MEDIUM WALL TUBING. Glass wool (not supplied) is used to support column packing. Lower end of the column has a round bottom. Connections between the column, reservoir and flow control adapter are made using Rodaviss® joints. The unique design of the Rodaviss® joint affords a grease free seal while holding glassware together without clamps. Column is supplied complete with a CG-182 open top cap and o-ring. ***Glassware Safety Disclaimer: BVV™ is not responsible for failure of glassware which must be inspected before and after every use because it may eventually develop imperfections or damage through normal usage, mishandling, and stress caused by temperature variations.
