Bruteless Commercial Washing System

The Bruteless™ Commercial system is the ultimate, high volume laboratory-sized bubble Flower washing kit. With the 65 gallon Bruteless™ as the main wash vessel, you can easily wash up to 15,000 fresh frozen grams per run. It's paired with two 44 gallon Bruteless™ drain vessels, two pumps, two hose kits, and every connection needed to create incredible water management capabilities. This system enables you do two full massive wash cycles per day, each with three washes each, for efficiency and throughput never before thought possible.

Each Bruteless washing vessel is made with durable, food contact approved, sanitary welded stainless steel. This ensures cleaning is a breeze and enables users to keep their wash environment as clean as possible compared to plastic-based solutions. Bruteless vessels are proudly built in North America.

Industry leading features

The primary Bruteless washing vessel includes an integrated stainless steel false bottom that protects your trichomes during the wash process, keeping your bags and ice 3" above your flowers. The integrated baffles in the false bottom create a turbulent-free zone at the bottom of the vessel to protect your trichomes. Both vessels come with a thick 1" cryogenic insulation sleeve which helps reduce ice usage by up to 50% and is removable for easy cleaning.

This system comes with every accessory operators need to produce premium bubble flowers all day, every day. The 65 gallon Bruteless wash vessel comes with 5 strategically placed ports and virtually every wash setup related tool you could need, including hoses, water pumps, a sigh glass, a temperature gauge, and much more.
