Low viscous, linear polydimethylsiloxane particularly suitable as environmentally friendly cold- and heat transfer media.

SilOil M90.055/170.02 can be used in the range from -90 °C to 55 °C (for open systems) and to 170 °C in connection with externally sealed systems (for Unistats)

SilOil M90.055/170.02 is characterised by a unique combination of low viscosity and a relatively high flash point. In contrast to competitive products, SilOil M90.055/170.02 oil is not classified as dangerous good and hazardous substance. It allows an economic use even at low temperatures due to its low viscosity. Since the SilOil M90.055/170.02 is based on polydimethylsiloxane this material is easily miscible with other media on the basis of polydimethylsiloxane. SilOil M90.055/170.02 oil is colorless, odorless and non-toxic.
