BVV 24/40 Jointed - Flat Bottom Flask
BVV 24/40 Jointed - Flat Bottom Flask Single neck flat bottom flasks can be used for a variety of applications such as capturing and collecting material and also used for boiling off material through distillation. These flasks are single neck with a ground 24/40 joint and require the application of vacuum grease to the ground surface when using the flasks in a vacuum application. The flat bottom allows for the flask to be flat on a heat plate if needed. Chemglass Flushing Airfree Adapter
Chemglass Flushing Airfree Adapter Similar to AF-0509 but having a top outer joint and lower inner joint of the same size. Addition of the outer joint permits use of the larger sizes of the CG-3022 septum stoppers for repeated needle penetrations. Adapter also allows for evacuation and transfer of product into another vessel with the same size standard taper joints. Available with a choice of a 4mm glass high vacuum stopcock having a S.S. constant pressure retention device or 4mm PTFE stopcock. PLEASE NOTE: NOT SUPPLIED WITH SEPTUM STOPPER.

It’s commonly used for removing pesticides, separating components, and cleaning different chemical compounds. Additional consumables or accessories will be needed depending on the application.
