Cone Metering Tray This accessory is a volumetric measuring device that ensures precision and accuracy across your all your cones. This loading platform takes away the guesswork and allows the distribution of a precise amount of .5 grams of material per pre-roll, when going through the filling process. With the Sliding Plate installed on the bottom, the Loader is packed with material to the desired height/weight based on your particular grind consistency. Once the Loader is mounted to top of the Bottom Base the Sliding Plate can be pulled out, in which the material will fall down into the Top platform and loaded into the pre-roll. We offer the metering tray in smaller volume sizes because we recommend packing your load in increments, that way you get that perfect, desired, density, especially at the crutch.

4" x 24" Dry Ice Heat Exchanger
This 304 stainless steel heat exchanger is used as a condenser for your extractor setup. It has a sleeve around the heat exchanging tubes and a wide opening at the top to allow users to pour in dry ice to super chill the exchanger. For best results, use dry ice mixed with ethanol to get the most possible contact across the surface area of the tubes. The bottom of the sleeve has a 1/4" NPT drain plug that can be removed to drain ethanol. Connection flanges on top and bottom are 4" Tri-Clamp. We offer a pre built stand alone version that comes with hemispherical caps and JIC connections, but we will be happy to help you configure it any way that you want!

Basic vacuum ovens are mass-produced and sold by many large laboratory equipment distributors. But there are key differences between Cascade and other less costly, often imported vacuum ovens. Exceptional Temperature Control & Stability The Cascade CVO-5 uses a unique control logic not found in most lab grade vacuum ovens. The temperature probe is INSIDE the oven, which minimizes temperature overshoot and delivers best-in-class temperature stability and uniformity particularly in the low temperature ranges. Accurate, stable temps throughout the CVO-5 eliminate hot and cold spots, making accurate use of every inch of shelf space. Touchscreen LED Smart Controller The CVO-5 controller is a flat panel touch screen with built-in, controls that minimze temperature overshoot. When the oven door is open, the controller will wait and not agressively call for heat to attempt to keep the oven interior stable. When the oven is being vented, the controller will pause as to not over-react and overshoot temperature during this temporary event. The MAX EVAP connection kit secures to the oven’s rear 1” dia KF-25 port located on the back center of the chamber. The MAX EVAP connection never reduces flow by continuing with 1” diameter vacuum rated clear lines, a 1” dia KF-25 side mounted vacuum valve and KF-25 fittings and hardware. This KF-25 port can also be used to run temperature feedthrus, or monitoring sensors inside the vacuum chamber during processing. Material: High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact resistant, is naturally translucent, flexible, and typically used for personal care products, such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs, and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. The MD 1C with gas ballast valve is optimally prepared for pumping easily condensable vapors (high boiling solvents). Three-stage chemistry diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for applications involving corrosive gases and vapors at high vacuum requirements.
