Side Mount Tri-Clamp Filter Strainer Tri Clamp strainers are used for filtration of solids from fluid process flows. It is recommended that a strainer be placed before a pump when emptying a centrifuge and the like to not allow large solids to enter and damage a pump. Side Mount Inline Strainers Tri Clamp inline strainers mount similar to a spool or elbow with both ends clamped into a tri-clamp fitting. The side mount strainer has a unique characteristic, it can be emptied while still attached just by removing the internal basket as long as it is correctly mounted. Liquid should flow in through the side port and out through the bottom port.

The 100 micron socks are made of nylon and the 53 micron socks are made of monofilament polyester, both of which won't react to solvents and are very durable. The BVV Filter Bag Fitment Our bags are designed to nearly match the internal circumference. Our bags will make contact smoothly with the wall of the spool allowing them fit without wrinkling or bunching. The added collar will fit over any end ferrule on the spool. The collar makes loading easier. Our filter bags are also lengthened to accommodate the complete fill of the column you are loading, maximizing space used! Synder NFS Membrane With a pore size ranging between 0.1-10nm, Synder Filtration's nanofiltration membranes enable the passage of water and certain salts through the membrane while effectively retaining multivalent ions, low molecular weight molecules, sugars, proteins, and various organic compounds. A result of extensive research and development, Synder's NFS, NFX, NFW, and NFG nanofiltration membrane products have demonstrated exceptional resistance to fouling, a high level of selectivity, and the physical durability necessary for diverse industrial separation processes. Specifically, NFS, NFX, and NFW exhibit outstanding rejection of MgSO4 and lactose, while NFG is designed to partially remove monosaccharides from oligosaccharides. These nanofiltration membranes, as a whole, have the capacity to significantly reduce levels of hardness, nitrates, sulfates, tannins, turbidity, color, total dissolved solids (TDS), and moderate levels of salt from feed water streams. 2540 Membrane Housing Kit This is a membrane housing kit designed to fit Snyder 2540 membranes. The inner diameter of the housing measured 2.519' (64MM) and measured 46" from end to end. The opposing 1.5" tri-clamp ports protrude 3.5" from the center of the housing and are spaced 42.5" apart measured from the center of each ferrule. This housing kit includes 3" tri-clamp end caps that accept the membrane permeate adapters to perfectly support the membrane within the housing. The permeate adapters include 014 Viton O-rings to perfectly seal the permeate stream from the retentate stream. To complete the housing this kit Includes 2X 3" High pressure Clamps and 2X 3" Silicone gaskets.
