Soda Ash “Light” is an anhydrous, white granular/medium-density grade of Sodium Carbonate used widely to raise alkalinity, buffer pH, and improve cleaning efficiency. It supports detergent performance by aiding soil dispersion and softening hard water (binding calcium/magnesium), and it’s commonly used in textile processing for pH adjustment  Light means this sodium carbonate is high-purity, finely milled to pass a 100-mesh sieve, and free from additives or fillers.
