The Commercial Candy Drying Kit allows users to produce dried candy in larger quantities and more efficiently all in one place!

Included in the kit is the Heavy Duty Steel Mobile Cart that was designed by us to hold up to three ovens! It also has three height adjustable shelves to suit your needs and can be placed on either side of the bracket. The cart is mobile with its swivel caster wheels and they can can support up to 1,100lbs! The cart can house oven sizes such as the 0.9 and 1.9, Neocision and ECO oven.

The kit also includes the Polyscience IP-100 Cooler which is an economical alternative to dry ice or liquid nitrogen for the cold trap. This allows users to run their ovens for extended periods of time without having to refill the cold trap with dry ice or liquid nitrogen. The cold trap helps the process by condensing any moisture coming from the oven before it could contaminate the vacuum pump.

Also included is our BVV™ Brand 21.2CFM Two Stage Pro Series which can effortlessly pull a vacuum down to 150 micron with three ovens attached! The pump is designed with long term continuous operation in mind with corrosion resistance and an oil filter for a quieter operation.

It is recommended to change the oil when the color starts to get noticeably darker in the pump. For best vacuum results you can always opt for some of our premium Mobil Vacuum Pump Oil. This oil has a longer usable life and does not generate any additional vapor or odor, which will be sure to help your vacuum pump exhaust filter live longer too!
