The Peristaltic Dosing Pump by Beaker & Wrench eliminates clogging on any apparatus that feeds viscous fluid. The dosing pump can feed any fluid to any apparatus, but this was made specifically because of problems on a wiped-film evaporator. The system is continuous flow meaning you can open the feed flask and add more material while the pump is still running.

Technical:
– 20L feed (will have manifold to connect to system vacuum)
– Comes with speed controller
– Distill as slow or as fast as needed
– Custom glassware adapted to Pope Scientific 2″ wiped-film apparatus for a perfect fit
– One-year warranty on parts for EXCHANGE
– Comes with 25-feet of hosing with instructions on where to get more
– Installation includes 4 hours of consulting time
– Ask all the questions you want!

CLEANING: Simply replace tubing, 25 cents!!

COMES WITH INSTRUCTION MANUAL. TERMS FOR SELF INSTALL:

You are ENTIRELY responsible for the proper installation of this product including mounting to your system.
Improper installation or inability to install will not be refunded.
There is an installation option available; we recommend having us install.
Installation purchase after purchase of self-install will be billed at $7000 for install.
Subsequent phone support will be billed at a rate specified in our phone consult ad prepaid by customer.
Phone support can occur from 8 am to 6 pm daily.

The customer has 5 days to inspect equipment for breakages. Exchanges will only be given for manufacturing defects. Please let us know ASAP so we can help you if there is a manufacturing error!
