2″ Diamond Miner Crystallization Chamber

The 2″ (300 ML) Diamond Miner Crystallization Chamber by Turnkey Lab Systems can operate pressurized or un-pressurized. When pressurized to 13 – 15 PSI, the system can grow very large crystals. Safer than the mason/ bell jar processes.

  • Holds up to 280 grams of crude material
  • Suitable to hold live resin
  • Can run on biomass from 1-8 pounds (6% yield)
  • 2″ Unit Suitable for 5 to 6 lb runs
  • 14 day typical crystal growth time

Advantages include:

  • Safety valve set to break at 15 PSI to prevent overpressurization
  • Gauge to assure correct pressurization and keep run data
  • Viton gaskets are chemically resistant to terpenes and hydrocarbons
  • Everything is connected with tri-clamp fittings
  • Leg posts for stability
  • Stainless steel and pyrex viewing glass allows excellent visibility to see crystal growth (a great benefit for operations so they don’t depressurize the system too early)
  • The desiccant chamber is housed on the head of the diamond miner (it has a ball valve so the operator can expose the atmosphere in the diamond miner for only as long as necessary to remove the water)
  • The side of the head is a stainless steel tee connected to the gauge and the quick-disconnect couple.
