Nai-Lok 2 Way Instrumentation ball valves are the standard valves that any Best Value Vacs extraction system comes with because they are rugged, reliable, and exceed customers expectations when using our extraction systems. These valves are 2 Way 1/4 turn style fully encapsulated PTFE cores with a 316 Stainless Steel body and come nitrogen tested at 1000psi from the factory. Unlike competitors valves, they are made to spec and do not skimp on quality because of this they are an industry standard for extraction systems; However, competitors try to pass off a replica valve that is not a 1 piece PTFE core which will eventually leak because the core is made up of 2 or more pieces and will wear down over time. These valves are also able to be panel mounted by removing the handle and unscrewing the panel nut.
There is a reason that these stainless steel valves are the industry standard. Made to spec, these valves come nitrogen tested at 1000psi and have a 1-piece PTFE core that prevents leaks.
PTFE cores made with more than 1 piece are prone to leaks and can wear down over time. Only our Nai-Lok ball valves have the durability and quality to work for all of your extraction systems. These valves can be panel mounted by removing the handle and unscrewing the panel nut.
